Joel stated he would only resign if the Blazers make some major positive changes. They picked up 2 big men and a solid all around guy in Brandon roy. So you think he will resign with the Blazers??

I think he wanted more vets on the team. I think he is now the oldest player/vet on the team since they traded Theo Ratliff away.
