A Solid pick up for your team, since you lost Ben to those rat basstards in Chicago

Hopefully Nazr can contribute positively to the team, but I would rather the money went a back-up point guard and we tried to develop our youth.

Well on the bright side he can shoot better free throws and he can avg. more points.

I always thought Nazr did a pretty good job for the Spurs, I don't think Popovich should've benched him against the Mavs.

It'll be nice to have a center who can create his own shot, and is capable of hittng FT's.

Interesting to see if Dale Davis splits time with Mohammed.

As for a PG, hopefully Hunter's got some left in the tank.

i think Nazr is better off with the Pistons than Ben. Even though you lose a great deal on defense, you gain A LOT on offense...you see Ben, he cant hit a free throw if his life depends on it, and even though Shaq is the same way, Shaq can still use his post game to be on offensive threat, Ben cant...Ben can only play one side of the court (on dee)...Nazr should be a good pickup for the Pistons

nazr mahommad is good player. when he was in ny before he got traded he played at a high level but when he was in san antionio they didnt utilize him. at least its not goin to be like playin 4 against 5 on the offensive end. but i would still rather have big ben

Eric Cartman 08-17-2006 05:50 PM

Ben Wallace will NOT be missed as much as people think.

And by the way he can hit his free throws and actually put the ball in the rim

im not a pistons but have to disagree because he sets the tone on the defensive end. at the defensive end u not goin to find alot of guys like him. there is no way the pistons would have won a championship without him.

I think that Nazr will do a great job and he will not be an offensive liability like Big Ben.

Leave it to the Knicks to make other teams better. LOL

his defense is what is going to be missed but his freethrows you wont have to see anymore :applause:

Nazr shows occasional flashes of being starter material but usually it's clear he's better as a backup
