Wow.

I'm surprised he'd go back to that dump of a team but I guess Portland is a nice city to live in.

I still say they will EASILY be one of the worst teams in the league once again next year.

Why would he choose to re-sign instead of going to San Antonio and contend for a title? Some thigns I'll never understand.

He's been loyal to the city of Portland, Oregon for a while. The fans love him. He's a fan favorite. He even said that the Portland Trailblazers took a chance on him when no other team did.

MLE is a good price for a solid C like him... alot of teams shoulda jumped on that.

Good for Joel. The anti-Ben Wallace.

Heck of a deal for the Blazers, I am shocked that neither Detroit nor San Antonio landed this guy.

PG-Jarret Jack
SG-Brandon Roy
SF-Martell Webster
PF-LaMarcus Aldridge
CT-Joel Pryzbilla

Heck of a young core and you still have some trade assets with Zach Randolph and Darius Miles that might land you some depth.

They won't win many games for a couple of years but they could be on that fast track to being a really, really good team. They finally replaced the ghost of JO wiith LaMarcus, I really like the direction that they are taking.

Joel is true to his team . Have to hand it to him for that. The team isnt going anywhere for a while but the future looks good for the young blood.

If they can get rid of Randolph, then the franchise has a decent future.

I like his loyalty, i'm absolutely positive this guy left money on the table, i'm sure he could of got more somewhere else.

?

Another player who will never reach a championship until his newly signed contract goes away.

The young core of the blazers is incredibly weak. Just my opinion of course.
