Need the scoop on Deshawn Stevenson
 

Im a Laker fan and want to know the good and bad qualitys for this guy because I would like to trade Mhim for him but other Laker fans arnt to thrilled about that Idea. I need some Magic fan insight. I do think Stevenson would fit as a Pg in the triangle system.

Good qualities: Good defender, nice midrange jumper (if a little unorthodox), can get to the basket fairly easily, unselfish, plays through injury.

Bad qualities: Sometimes has trouble finishing at the basket, questionable range on his jumpshot (I think he can hit the 3, but the Magic coaching staff asked him to focus on other things last season).

I wouldn't do that trade BTW.

Thanks Bro Yeah I do think we would have to give up another player like Brian Cook who quietly can shoot from the outside with the best of them but he is a little awkward. Good luck next year!

stevenson is a free agent so if he wants to go sumwhere else u should take what u can get for him

Good player, not needed on the Lakers where you already have Odom and Kobe at his position. But pretty much what wild said. I'd add that he is a bit streaky.
