The reason Clips D seems stifling is that they are playing 5 on 4, leaving Gobert open or partially guarded. Utah not exploiting this, instead forced into difficult shots. Ingles again absentmindedly doesnt' pass to unguarded Gobert down low.

Gobert almost literally can’t score unless it’s a lob, a broken play or a putback.

Watch how the Clippers defend the pick and roll. The defender of the screener COMES RIGHT UP where his man is. That's how you do it. Jazz are just sitting back and getting balled over by the simple offense.

That's the rap on him but I find it overstated. In many cases he's a foot from the hoop and his man isn't on him. At minimum, you force the defense to be honest, and then find the open man.

Need something out of Rudy in the 4th. Sporadic bursts from him in the 3rd all series long isn't enough
