I toat'ly predicted this, using the fact that Peterson signed an offer sheet with them and Toronto matched as my rationale. I don't know if that has anything to do with the real reason for signing there, but I like the signing a lot.

good signing for the hornets, mainly because Desmond Mason is by no means NBA-starter material anymore.

between Julian Wright and Mo Pete, the hornets have had a decent offseason so far.

SF: Peja Stojakovic - Julian Wright - Rasual Butler
PF: David West - Brandon Bass - Cedric Simmons
C: Tyson Chandler - Hilton Armstrong

Its looking like a good mix of young talent with experience, cagey veterans, and a couple projects that could be important pieces in years to come.

I just looked at ESPN.com's depth chart for the Hornets, and he was the #2 power forward ahead of Simmons so i put him in there.
