Orlando Trade Idea

How about a straight up Channing Frye to Orlando for JJ Redick? We can always use an outside shooter.....and honestly when Roy was off the court, there really wasn't a backup shooting guard - we either played a point guard out of position at shooting guard or a small forward out of position at the shooting guard position. Our outside shooters should have a lot more open shots next season with Aldridge and Oden roaming the paint......Roy has a good outside shot - all three of our current points shoot fairly well - James Jones is of course awesome........then with Travis driving on almost EVERY one.........I am getting so excited about next season!!!!!!

Redick is a bust if you ask me. He's one of those guys that didn't translate well to the NBA. I say no.

Honestly, I'd take a chance on him. Portland always make decent 3point shooters look good. All the way back to Steve Smith, followed by Wesley Person, Voshon Lenard and now James Jones and Steve Blake.

I wouldn't do it for Channing Frye but I'm open to the idea of bringing in JJ.

Smith looked good before he was a Blazer. Lenard only played 14 games for us, and didn't play well at all. And how will JJ fit into our rotation? He is a SG that cannot ever pass as a PG or a SF.
