C.J. Giles?

I am watching this guy and he seems to be very good defensively and somewhat good on the offense. I know it is only summer league but should we take a look at this guy?

13 pts, 50% from field, 12 rebs and 3 blocks last night against sixers..

not too bad... i wonder how the numbers will be in the regular season.

Are we going to get another "big" is the question.

If we could package Hump and Parker for a decent shooting guard and save a little money I'd sign this guy for a year + team option and take a chance. He's no worse than humphries. Besides Graham at the VSL he's been the best player by far. He's showed energy/consistency, a nose for the ball/ rebounding prowess and great shot blocking capability (which Hump doesn't have). However if the team stays the same...then someone else will pick him up b/c we'll only have money to take a minimum guard right now which I think Colangelo is waiting to fall through the cracks.

I agree he has hustle and looks good blocking shots...and he is long like a Carlos Rogers, Marcus Camby type player his jump shot is week but he is very athletic I think the raptors may give him a chance for very little money...
