Dark Knight video game?

Does anyone know if they're going to make a game based off the Dark Knight? I was thinkin that a free roam kinda Grand Theft Auto game would be pretty fun to mess around with. :confusedshrug:

Games based off of movies almost always suck.

I dunno dude, bourne conspiracy is pretty decent. "Saw" is coming out soon and I think it'll do well.

A 'Saw' game? I wouldn't have expected that to ever be made, it'll be interesting to see how that turns out.

Truth!

Games based off a licensed property always suck. Been that way since E.T. on Atari 2600 :lol

BUT only one thing is worse…

Games based off movies based off games! :lol

Movie based video games aren't ALWAYS bad. Goonies on NES was quite fun.

This is true too!

and in reference to the "dark knight"

Batman on NES was really good too.

it's slated for ps3 and xbox 360, not sure if it's XBLA though

there's also a deadliest catch game coming soon too, though that's not a movie

that was a fantastic game, and I would have no problem calling it a masterpiece.

If we're counting franchises then Star Wars has produced 2 of the greatest games of ALL TIME

Knights of the Round

&

X-wing vs Tie Fighter

(Super Star Wars and Rogue Squadron are phenomenal games too.)

I'd buy it even though it would most likely suck, just because I liked TDK so much..
