Default AJ Price is all clear to return

"A.J. Price has been cleared medically to play basketball again. After the Price family received appropriate medical clearance from Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, where A.J. has been treated for arteriovenous malformation, his parents signed and returned a waiver to UConn clearing the 6-foot-2, 190-pound guard from Long Island to play this season." Hartford Courant

"So now there are now no limitations, legally, officially or medically," Price's father, Tony, said Monday morning. "Everybody is on the same page now. We got the release from the hospital in April, then got the waiver from the university, signed it and sent it back and we have our own copy. "I keep a copy of the medical release in my desk to make sure it's real, that I'm not dreaming. But he has no more doctors appointments, no more tests. He's clear." Hartford Courant
