that said, while a healthy diet includes the right number of calories for you, it is much more than that. calories arent everything, if you are eating 1500 calories of mcdonalds every day you will feel like shit.
While true, you will never get fat at 1.5k calories per day. My point was, by solely changing diet one person is not guaranteed to lose weight.
