I cut out drinking beer during the weekdays and limit it to only when out at the weekends. I also bought a jump rope and will do at least 15 minutes of that 3-4 days a week. I also stopped weight training altogether and do calisthenics instead. I find I burn more calories from doing it.
I'm genuinely shocked at how fast the drop-off is as you get older. 10 years ago I could lose weight like it was nothing.
