I can dislocate my humerus in my right shoulder and pop it back into place. I can also do the same with my right hand. Apparently due to weak ligaments. It's gotten better over time with weightlifting. Although sometimes involuntarily pops out, once set a screen and the guy I screened ran into the shoulder while it popped out. Mind numbing pain for a good solid 3-5 minutes then it was back to normal. I can pop my shoulder with no pain my wrist aches after 2-3 times (although this sometimes happens involuntary too but not nearly as much as my shoulder).
Girls hate it when I do it in front of them lol. Definitely not a 1st date trick I would do to show how I can dislocate pretty much my upper extremity for giggles
