Duncan Hunter's been doing this stuff for over a decade and just now it's being reported?

Honestly, I feel sorry for people who react with "oh wow.. how could they do such a thing as a great public servant and role model?"

Politicians are liars and crooks. Best thing we can do is limit their power. The bigger the gov't, the tougher it is to find the corruption. Federal gov't should always be the last resort to handle any problem.

Yeah, I’m gonna go out on a limb and say that if you’re in the military and you’ve ever fired missiles or dropped bombs into cities, towns or villages, chances are you’ve killed some civilians.

Yeah, I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that it's not a good look to invoke that fact in defense of someone who stabbed an enemy combatant unnecessarily and then took pictures with the teen's dead body. Nor is it a good look to say that you too have taken pictures with dead combatants while throwing other service members under that same bus.

Hunter said he also posed for a photo next to a dead combatant but said he did not text it or post it to social media. The congressman said "a lot of us have done the exact same thing," referring to fellow service members in Iraq and Afghanistan.
