Indeed, those who might fall to #16 and may interest Philly are mostly raw big men. And as with almost every player in the draft, will probably take 2-3 years to pan out -if they ever do-.

Still, there are several kinds of projects, from a David West project (picked #18) to a Cedric Simmons project (#15). So it actually matters who Philly picks.
