Who's to say that Manu could even play starter minutes? Playing thirty or less per game, he's never played a full season, and never started more than seventy-four games. His style of play begs for injury, and I think if you made him play even thirty-five(still five less than JJ gets per game) per game, he'd be unlikely to play over sixty games.
I'm not really sure what the debate here is, other than that Ginobili is a proven winner. But vs. the Celtics JJ proved that he's a competitor, so I don't even think that's a valid argument.
