you have no idea if it hurt him. how do you know he wouldn't have been the 10th pick if he had gone to college?
besides, thats a short term thing. the difference between his salary and the salary that he would have made going, say, in the top 5 is reduced because he made money playing in europe whereas he wouldn't have made money playing in the ncaa. plus, he is now a better bball player and will earn more money in future contracts. the move seems to have helped him...
