Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I was just wondering if a draft pick HAS to play for the team that selects them. I'm assuming they do, since I have never heard of someone who won't play for the team that drafts them (But I never really paid that much attention to the draft). But then, couldn't the team that drafts them just give the draft pick a really low salary?
