I don't see a problem with ADDING the pull-up to your game. Give the defense different looks and stuff. Doesn't mean you have to use the pull-up every time. You can do it say 1-2 times a game and get an easy 2-4 pts. And depending on how consistent your pull-up is sometimes the post defender will try to come up and contest leaving your player open down low.
