Default Question for Former High School Football Players

What did you guys do in your two-a-days, and how hard was it? A lot of running? Like conditioning stuff? Or was it all about offense and defense? Like, if you aren't a starter, you won't do as much or what? Or did everyone do running drills? Just curious on what happened to you guys in two-a-days.
