Default Re: How to keep your legs warm?

Are we talking about indoors basketball or outdoors. In Michigan, I'm playing basketball inside all winter. However, the winter weather still leaves my body feeling chilly, cold, and not as elastic as it does in the summertime. I often have a hard time warming up and getting my body to respond. It seems I even lose an inch or two on my vertical. Suggestions there? Would Under Armour help?
