My treadmill workout: 10 minutes at 3.7mph and 5 degree incline, 20 min at 5.5 mph level, 5 min. at 3.7 mph level, 10 min. at 4 mph and 5 degree incline, 5 min. at 3.7 mph level. I do that 3 times per week with lifting, pushups/situps/yoga on the off days. I'm 6'1, 190.
