Thomas seems like the classic REALLY good college player that can't do much in the NBA because of size limitations, consistently anyway. A lesser Beasley. Face up 4 with some perimeter skills good enough to be dangerous but he's not beating ANYbody off the dribble in the NBA and he's not taking anybody on the block either.
