This is the thread where we motivate eachother to stay in the gym, the court, on the track or the treadmill.

how have yall been keeping fit lately?

i have been slacking hard lately. gonna run tomorrow morning til I PUKE then do my lower body (squats/calve raises) and then triceps + chest.
