Re: What do you guys do for your warm up/practice?
Usually when i go to the court, im pretty much in a game right away. So because of that i have no time to warm up when i get there.
But before i get there i like to stretch for 20 mins while watching some film on youtube just to get motivated. then then dribble the ball as hard as i can doing various moves on the sidewalk or the backyard. maybe take a short run around the neighborhood then drink 2 bottles of water and usually im ready to go.
