Per 36 shouldn't be used in all cases, and this is definitely one of them.
Teams have given Flynn chances, and he bombed out everywhere.
Rondo had one thing going for him immediately coming into the league....defense, and that was even coming out of college
In his rookie season he was in the top 10 in steals in the entire league.
He made one of the defensive teams...in his 3rd
Per 36 does not apply in this case at all, and I;m actually disappointed you went this route.
