You need to find balance.

- Start with nutrition. Eat right and your body will be less stressed to search nutrition and fulfill the needs of your body.
- Exercise your body and mind.
- Have a good friend you can unload your problems on.
-Always rememebr no matter how bad you have it, somebody always has it worse.
- Be thankful for what you do have. Material wants leads to stress
