He's a huge part of this mess himself. His defense is one of the biggest reasons for this mess.

And also, he's apparently supposed to be this amazing leader. Well, it doesn't seem like this team is playing like a team and it doesn't seem like they like each other. If he was such a great leader, he should do something about it.
