Get a copy of James Brown Live at Montreaux. That guy is dancing and singing for two hours straight. Granted he's on some coke.
Still, I prefer a good musical performance over some dancing. I get your point about the booty shaking. That might be true, but Aerosmith for example had a better reception at the half time show, because it fits the audience better.
