You can do it this way. It's called 'volume training' The thing is though, your going to have to cut your weights and not
work till failure. Otherwise you'll burn yourself out.
Example If your max bench press is 225 for 10 reps....you might want to go to 210 for 10reps...This way you can sustain working out everyday.
If I were you I'd do this 6 days a week to atleast give your body one day of rest. jmo
