are you taking any nutritional supplements?
I currently only take a multi-vitamin, probiotic, and fish oil. Whey protein isolate occasionally after workouts.
Supplements I've tried in the past:
- Dymatize XPand Xtreme Pump (pre-workout nitric oxide)
- Controlled Labs Purple WrAAth (amino acid drink)
- Scivation Xtend (amino acid drink)
- Oxyelite Pro Thermogenic (the 1.3 dimethyl it used to contain made me feel weird, so I got off of it quick)
