For a basic vlookup for just one worksheet, click on a cell where you want your answer and plug in this equation:
=VLOOKUP(C26,C6:J21,8,FALSE)

C26 is the cell where you will be "searching", like google.
C6:J21 is the square of data that you will be searching.
8 is the column that your answer is going to come from, 8 means 8th column from the first column of your square of data, going left to right.
FALSE means that it will show an exact match to your search, if you put TRUE or you don't put anything, it will give you an exact match or the next largest value.

Obviously your numbers will be different but that's the basic layout.
