I feel your pain. I'm 25 and not recovering as well as I did at 21.
Like other people said; eat healthy, stretch, and ice your knees from time to time. The stretching part is the hardest for me. I always tell myself I'll do it and don't get around to it.
But if I play hard 3-4 hours on a Saturday, I find myself not wanting to play on Sunday. Sometimes I do and I just pass and shoot jumpers. Sometimes I rest though and it sucks because when I was 20 I could play all day every day.
