Blazers choose new culinary partner, take over Rose Garden management
A Chicago-based food and beverage company that works with more than 20 NBA teams has been named the new culinary partner at the Rose Garden and Rose Quarter, the Trail Blazers and Rip City Management announced Thursday. The new agreement goes into effect July 1.
Levy Restaurants of Chicago will oversee food and beverage services. The company's NBA arenas and clients includes American Airlines Arena, home of the reigning NBA Champion Miami Heat; the Houston Rockets' Toyota Center; United Center, home of the Chicago Bulls; and the newly-opened Barclays Center, home of the Brooklyn Nets.
