Boxing has been on a tear this year and continued with another stellar event from Brooklyn, and across the globe.
The best fights of the night took place on Showtime, as they came up the winner in a battle with HBO (IMO.)
What's next for all of the fighters involved?
Zab put up a great effort, but it wasn't enough to overcome young Dan Garcia. Garcia will face the winner of the Peterson/Matthysee winner which happens May 22, also on Showtime. Zab proved himself that's he's not goin anywhere anytime soon. Maybe he can fight Paul Malignaggi in a Brooklyn/Do The Right Thing battle later this year.
Kid Chocolate remained undefeated, not sure who he can face next.
Amir Khan, was unimpressive as usual, getting knocked on his ass in a UD win from his hometown. He is supposed to get the winner of Garcia vs Peterson/Matthysse.
Sergio Martinez, also in his hometown showed his age. Winning an unimpressive bout vs. Martin Murray. He needs to fight Gennady Golovkin next.
Chris Arrealo f-n sucks. Why are they pushing him so hard? Oh, he also lost.
