monday: chest/biceps
tuesday: back/triceps
wednesday: legs
thursday: chest/biceps
friday: back/triceps
saturday: shoulders
sunday: rest


ive been doing this for a month now. my gym buddy who is experienced thinks its alright, what you people think?
