Foye was a first team All-American and is well-respected by most draft analysts. If the team had no intention of drafting him, why bring him in for a workout? The bottom line is this team has little use for Brandon Roy, never worked him out, and has major needs in the areas of pg (Delonte is our only reliable point) and center (after Perk there's no toughness). SG/SF is by far our strongest area. We're not getting Brandon Roy unless something huge happens, like Paul Pierce getting traded or some horrific offseason injuries (double-knock on wood).
