Arsenal is a good squad but when you're in a league with Man U, Man City and Chelsea that can outspend anyone and spend over $100mil in a given transfer window you need to atleast compete with that. Signing guys like Chu Yung Park or Nacho Monreal isn't going to help you compete.

TBH, I don't think it's Wegner's fault either as the ownership places him as a puppet.
