The Spurs had some of their best teams in years they lost, like 2006 and 2013... but among championship teams, 2005 would be the best.

Not only did they get it done against great competition in the Finals, but they had the most formidable version of the Big 3 if you combine each player's input: Duncan still playing like the best in the league, Ginobili and Parker both healthy and playing at an All-Star or near All-Star level. They also had arguably the best perimeter defender in the league, Bruce Bowen, underrated role players like Brent Barry, a clutch god in Horry who could bail them out of any situation, and a serviceable C rotation.
