That's kind of significant difference. So yes, it is more impressive when Darrell Armstrong is your second best player as opposed to Russell Westbrook.
Plus, Tmac has always taken care of the ball very well.
He only had 2.6 TO/gm which is ridiculous considering how often he had the ball.
