Learned a trick the other day on how to stop your horniness immediately (but u gotta be alone lol)

What you do is you slowly exhale and bend over like you are touching your toes. Then with all the air pursed out from your diaphragm (every last bit of air) you press your arms down to your hips and raise your shoulders up and clench and tighten your body for 10 seconds. Then you inhale.

Rinse and repeat.

Don't know why it works, but it deflates the trouser snake pretty fast. It's an old Tibetan Yoga trick..

1 hour to work on business and financial stuff


in addition to school and social life.
should be a nice new angle my fkked up ocd always has me perpetually chasin that dopamine lol.

I don't care about fapping. We need a new list about having sex. For the past 9 months straight I've had sex with my girlfriend practically 4-6 times a week. Right now the longest we haven't had sex is a few days currently since May 6th because it was my sisters bday and I was able to get a quicky in. Pretty much 6 days.

I want to do this because I want her to get back tighter and make her feel like I'm not into her as I used to. It'll help. She even confronted me about it. I'm going to try to go 2 weeks. Also, I feel like I haven't been able to stay hard as I used to. I figured 9 months straight constantly like animals would tire me out and have an affect.

I'm going to try to go longer without fapping either because it's basically the same concept.
