Mirror Tinting
Is this stuff still illegal depending on state regs or whathaveyou?
and how much would be a fair price for that type of thing.

Yes it is.
In my state you can have limo tint on the back windows and the driver's and passenger's have to be a certain percentage.
When you go to the tinting place they'll know EXACTLY what the legal limit in your area is.
When I paid for my tint years ago it was around $150.
Whatever you do don't freaking adjust your windows for a day or you'll be stuck with streaky, bubbly tinted windows.

Re: Mirror Tinting
Oh you mean the MIRROR TINT that reflects light and doesn't let you see the inside of the car?
Yeah that shit is illegal.
And it will make cops extra paranoid, thinking you are a fugitive or wanted criminal or something.
Why would you want that drama?
If you do end up getting it though just make sure your papers are always air tight and stash some money away for tickets.

I haven't seen any since around 2000. A friend of mine that used to smoke weed a lot had it on his Ford Contour (lol).
I'm pretty sure you can find someone to put it on your car but I doubt any "square" shops sell them to you.

It looks tight but I'm not trying to get that type of attention from the cops though.

Idk about all that, but even if you have a card and the tint is illegal they can pull you over, give you a ticket, and give you shit.
Ehh, if you like it I love it though.

Looks fresh on the right car but I like regular old tint better.
I'm not trying to attract attention like that.

i guarantee whoever's car that is wears abercrombie and fitch and bumps "rap" music targeted to suburban white girls. And thinks he's hard.
