Syracuse center Fab Melo arraigned in city court on criminal mischief charge
The Syracuse Post-Standard reports:
Syracuse University basketball player Fab Melo was arraigned Wednesday morning in Syracuse City Court on a misdemeanor charge of fourth degree criminal mischief.
Court papers indicated that the charges are based on an incident that took place at 2:15 p.m. Monday at 341 Slocum Heights.
Melo, 20, is accused of reaching through the open driver's side window of a 2003 Chevrolet Impala, and breaking the turn signal control arm making the turn signal, headlight high beam control and windshield wiper control inoperable.
