Varies from week to week, one week it might have a significant meaning to change something up at the line, the next week it could be changing something up or nothing at all.

Why do some QB's say "Go" instead of "Hut"?

Ben Roethlisberger says "Black 80" a lot whereas Colin Kaepernick says "Red 80" a lot. Eli Manning and others say "Omaha" a lot.

It's just about having a cadence. It can vary snap-to-snap or be exactly the same five consecutive snaps and then change slightly to keep the defense on its toes. Every QB does it differently, but Manning seems to be very good with his cadence, as he is with everything else related to being a QB in the NFL.

Remember two years ago when everyone thought his career was over? Yeah.

Didn't he used to say "Omaha! Omaha!"?
