One of the Goodfellas
For my NY people: rank the 5 boroughs
1. Queens- I honestly believe this borough has the most culture/diversity in all of NYC. So many different cultures and a lot of cute girls of all races. In my opinion, it has the most beautiful women of all the boroughs (maybe not Manhattan). Some sketchy neighborhoods. Has US Open and the Mets.
2. Manhattan- City literally has everything. This would be #1 but it has changed too much and has become way too clustered for my taste. Has the Knicks and Rangers.
3. Brooklyn- I will admit I haven't been there often. Once again, I feel the "ghettos" of Brooklyn aren't nearly as bad people say they are. I know of people who live in the East New York/Flatbush areas who grew up around middle class areas. Has the Nets.
4. Bronx- It gives a gritty feeling. Feels like pre-gentrified NYC. Doesn't have much besides the Bronx Zoo and Yankee Stadium.
5. Staten Island- been here like 3 times in my life. Quite boring.

I rep queens and manhattan the most out of the 5 since I love the city and have fam in queens. By the way we should include Long Island. My home Long Island deserves more rep and credit

Having ghetto cousins in Brooklyn ruined the city for me. My strongest memories of the city are roaches, grimy buildings, my insane cousins screaming at each other, and just wanting to get back upstate and see some damn trees. So I am biased.
Not to mention it is so loud. People just everywhere always making noise and it never stops. Personal preference for sure. But still.
I have also stayed in a really nice Jewish part of Brooklyn. I never knew that place existed until I went. It was a lot calmer. There were things to do everywhere, even if only just going to the park. A lot different than upstate. You have to make your own fun up here. So I can see why some people love it down there.
Overall though, I hate the city. Whenever I go back is too soon.

Queens
Manhattan
Why you feel the need to go anywhere else is beyond me unless there is a house party, or club event

Where in Brooklyn did your cousins live?
Growing up in Brooklyn, I was really freaked out the first time I visited the surburbs? I wondered what kids did with everything spread out so far. We could round up enough kids for a football game or 5 on 5 just from my block and one over. For a full baseball game we need a little bigger radius.

Honestly idk where it was. They were pretty broke. I hated going there.
You just have to organize with your friends up in the country. All meet up at someone's house and play videogames or go out and do things. Getting a full baseball game would be ROUGH. Lol. Just have to play little league for that. We used to walk through the woods and just explore. Climb up trees, walk from rock to rock in a little river. Loved it man.
