Actually that is the case for most new skyscrapers after an ice storm. The trade center is not fully occupied and not fully heated, so you can get sheets of ice building up.
It's was just news because it was the trade center.

well it was news cause it was dangerous, but yeah they said once its occupied it would warm up. Seems a little odd that it wouldn't still be at least a minor problem

When he got married his wedding cost 100 million dollars. In 1979 money.
