How many hours of sleep do you get?

Weekends: 8-9
Weekdays: 5, 6 if I'm lucky

No matter what time I sleep, I wake up at 6:30 - 7:00 a.m. For example I sleep at 10 pm at night I wake up at 6:30 - 7:00 a.m. If I sleep at 12 am I still wake up at 6:30 - 7:00 a.m.

If I go night out during that evening I usually get home by 6:00 - 7:00 am. I only get 3-4 hours of sleep and wake up around 10 - 11 am.

4-5 hours. Gotta love that military life I do get to sleep for like 8 hours after I pull a 24 hour CQ shift. I'm actually on one right now. Pretty much just answering phone calls, checking around the building, etc. for 24 hours straight. First couple of times are grueling, but you get used to it.

Sometimes none and sometimes I sleep the whole day.

I don't have a sleep routine. That's for dumbass kids in school who need a routine to succeed.

I have my own flexible schedule and I sleep on my own time.

4-5 hours a night. If I sleep more than they I usually feel tired and run down the next day. I wish I could sleep more, I try to sleep in but just can't.
