Homers for me but Fred McLeod and Austin Carr. Fred has got to be one of the most knowledgable basketball announcers ever.

Ian Eagle is awesome. Spanarkle made it a good duo. Ian is good with Fratello, too.

Thank you LA for Joel Meyers. Y'all's new guy is just terrible.

Also Ralph whats his face from the clippers who says "bingo" and "oh me oh my" and jizzes himself while yelling it in a downsyndrome-like tone.

I have to mute Raptors games when it's Leo Rautins and Devlin. An unholy combination. Armstrong/Devlin is only a slight bit better.

Marv and Kerr must be the best commentator team, even though Kevin Harlan is the best announcer these days. It's a shame Reggie is annoying as fvck.

Other than that, I really enjoy watching Bulls (mostly because of Stacey King) and hate the Clippers idiots..

    Best:

Kevin Harlan / Reggie Miller - even though Reggie can be annoying
Mike Tirico / Hubie Brown - really like Tirico's play-by-play
Bill Land / Sean Elliott (Spurs) - probably cause I'm a Spurs fan
Mike Breen / Walt Frazier (Knicks) - unbiased
Eric Reid / Tony Fiorentino (Heat) - doing a great job, giving credit when credit is due, but they're not in my top top list
    + Steve Kerr

    Worst:

Celtics announcers - god, so biased
Any crew that includes Doris Burke or Jon Barry
Don't really like Marv Albert very much, just too boring, emotionless and repetitive with his "yes!" after every made bucket

I don't know who they are, but I can't stand the Cavs commentators.

Ralph Lawler and Mike Smith take the cake. I also find Matt Devlin and Jack Armstrong super annoying. Or maybe just Armstrong.

how the hell does OP put the Lakers MacDonald and Lantz in the list of best. MacDonald is insufferable. Lantz is fine but Billy Mac....ugh.

The Bulls announcers on CSN, I do not enjoy listening to them at all.

I am often quite understanding of a hometown slant, but they sort of make me feel like everything about the opposition is terrible and anything good they do is lucky, while on the flip side, everything is awesome about the Bulls and any lucky shots they hit are a result of outstanding skill and execution.

On the past three trips down the court, I've heard all caps renditions of "LEANING TOWER OF PISA!" when Marco Belinelli scored, "POPPITY-POP-POP-POP-POP!" when Noah made a jump shot, and "BEAM ME UP SCOTTY!" when Kirk Hinrich hit a three pointer.

Lawler is hands down the most accomplished and memorable in the NBA today. Sure he can be annoying at times but he's a legend. Mike Smith on the other hand aka CF86 is annoying as ****.

Does Hubie Brown still do commentating? He was great at actually explaining shit rather than just saying what everybody already f*cking knows.
