hawaii is my favorite as i love the local bbq style and seafood. and the copious amounts of asian influenced dishes is freakin biriuful.

edit: it is, they got that right. I know a small hole in the wall type place thay sells the best chimis in the west coast. The place is packed at all.times of the day, they get a lot of business and they get away with charging $10 for a big red beef chimi with no drink or rice, just guac and sour cream.
