Default Re: Durant mocks Curry: Nobody wants to play in Under Armors

Too bad Curry's shoes sell better than Durant's lol.

Curry's signature shoes sold the third most of any active NBA players during the 12 months ending in March, according to NPD Group (only Nike's James and Kyrie Irving sold more).

It's not like Curry had some crazy draw to UA. If Nike didn't screw up their proposal to him they probably would of signed him. He wore Nike's his first few years in the league.

Durant is not wrong here either. Little kids love Curry and therefore spearhead the sales of his shoes. They want the shoes solely for the reason that they are Steph's shoes.

By the time D-1 recruits are entering college, brand and style matters more than who's shoe it is. Nike will forever hold that edge over UA.
